Terms of Service

Last updated: 2026-04-19

These terms govern your use of the CodeCanyon Field Log service ("the Service"). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Nature of the Service

The Service aggregates publicly visible market-research data from the CodeCanyon marketplace (operated by Envato) and presents analytics on top of that data. It is a third-party tool and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Envato.

2. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Attempt to bypass rate limits, access controls, or authentication.
  • Scrape, mirror, or republish the Service's data at scale.
  • Use the Service to build a competing derivative of Envato's marketplace or to defame, harass, or target specific authors.
  • Use automated systems to create accounts, reset passwords, or trigger refreshes beyond the published rate limits.

3. Data accuracy

Data is provided "as is" and may be stale, incomplete, or incorrect. Do not rely on it for decisions where inaccuracy would cause material harm. The Service tracks publicly visible fields only; nothing it stores is under exclusive ownership.

4. Accounts

You are responsible for your account credentials and for activity under your account. Notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or that we reasonably suspect of abuse.

5. Termination

You may close your account at any time. We may terminate or suspend access for violations of these terms. On termination, data associated with your account is deleted within 30 days except where retention is required by law.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided without warranty of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service.

7. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. Material changes will be announced in advance by email to the address on file. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
